These are the official RERA Forms for Real Estate transaction in Dubai. Some of them are simplified for the day-to-day use.

RERA Form A (1 page)
This is the recommended, simplified, 1-page version of Form A to document the Agent/Seller relationship. If, for whatsoever reason, you prefer the 3 page version, find it here.
RERA Form A (3 pages)
This is the blank Form A as provided by RERA to document the Agent/Seller relationship.
RERA Form B
This is the blank Form B as provided by RERA to document the Agent/Buyer relationship.
RERA Form F
Form F is the written agreement between the Seller and Buyer, containing the terms for the sale of a property. It is required by DLD for all transactions. Also known as Unified Sales Contract, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Typically it's a 6 page document.
RERA Form I
This is the blank Form I as recommended by RERA to be used between two agents. RERA recommends the Buyer's Agent to submit the form to the Seller's Agent, as the Seller's Agent will not disclose the unit details before having the Buyer's agent details. However, in reality, it is often not used at all or only after the verbal agreement. It boils down to trust between the agents.
RERA Form U
This is the blank Form U as required by RERA to be provided together with Form A or B. Seller or Buyer are supposed to use it to terminate Form A or B.
RERA Leasing Form
This is the recommended, Leasing Form to document the Agent/Landlord relationship.
RERA Tenancy Contract (editable)
This an editable version of the RERA Tenancy Contract without addendum. Please request the addendum on a case to case basis.
