Port de La Mer is a modern residential development on a peninsula at the sea. It is part of the most prestigious neighbourhood in Dubai, Jumeirah 1. Its architecture resembles a Mediterranean village, but its infrastructure is brand new.

- La Cote or La Côte, ("the cost") is phase 1 and was handed over in December 2021
- Le Pont ("the bridge") is phase 2 and was handed over in September 2022
- La Rive ("the shore") is phase 3 and going to hand over in December 2022
- La Voile ("the sail") is phase 4 and going to hand over in March 2023
- La Sirene ("the mermaid") is phase 5 and going to hand over in December 2024
- Le Ciel ("the sky") is phase 6 and going to hand over in Summer 2025
There are no studios. 1-bedroom apartments are the smallest.
