For our Property Management and Holiday Homes departments, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician. You have to ensure technical functionality of apartments and houses in 3 districts in Dubai. This includes, but is not limited to, connecting lamps, electrical appliances, hanging shelves and pictures, changing bulbs, ensuring functionality of AC, touch up painting work, small carpentry work including repair of furnitures, basic plumbing maintenance inside the apartments.

- English at B2 level or better
- Proven education or min. 2 years experience in the field
